In my opinion these are the best everyday tights that you can buy. The size 4 are a perfect fit (6'0" - 183cm) with the wide, the flat waistband is comfortable & keeps them in place all day long and whilst the support is quite light it is noticeably beneficial when you are on your feet for hours at a time. I buy 12 packs at a time, wear every day with trousers or shorts, machine wash separately and those 12 pairs will last more than a year. Simply Brilliant.
